With evacuation notices in effect and several areas affected, we’re committed to ensuring uninterrupted coverage for our plan members and group customers during this challenging time.
Claims and coverage support
Plan members, who have been displaced, are encouraged to use our online services to ensure 24/7 access to benefits and faster claims processing.
- Members, who are not already registered on our member site, can register for an account to manage their benefits online
- Members can also set up direct deposit to avoid claim payment delays
If direct deposit isn’t an option, we can reissue cheques to a temporary address on request.
We’ll also consider special requests to help our affected group customers reduce disruptions.
